Marketplace Governance v3

1. Account Integrity: You agree that all registration data is institutional and verified. Impersonation of another student or faculty node is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Validation: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Prohibited items include stolen property, academic dishonesty tools, or regulated goods.

3. The Safety Perimeter: Campus Mart assumes no liability for off-campus transactions. All users are encouraged to trade within well-lit, CCTV-monitored institutional zones.

4. Dispute Protocol: In the event of fraudulent activity, Campus Mart reserves the right to suspend user accounts and report activity to the institutional disciplinary board.

5. No Delivery Fees Policy: Sellers are strictly prohibited from charging delivery fees to buyers. Campus Mart operates on a campus-based pickup model where buyers collect items directly from sellers at agreed campus locations. The listed price is the final price—no additional charges for delivery, transport, or logistics are permitted. Violations may result in listing removal and account suspension.

6. Platform Fees: While the platform is currently free for students, Campus Mart reserves the right to implement a small commission fee on successful trades in the future to support platform hosting, safety verification systems, and infrastructure maintenance.

By using Campus Mart, you agree to be bound by the Standard Marketplace Policy.
